Almost every single person must possess some old and unnecessary items or some kind of souvenirs that are useless and are only a waste of space at home. It does not really matter what kind of item it is, the jewelry can be made into different products. The fact that it is made out of gold is important. The precious ore has always had great value. Everyone wants gold as it is worth a lot of money. There were times in history, where there were a lot of searchers of gold and it was quite trendy to do it. Nowadays, people trade gold on scrap gold basis almost every day. The rareness of the ore is not so big and this is why it becomes more and more common to deal with scrap gold. My friend found a necklace recently and he did not know exactly what to do with it. He wanted to show it to his mom but I recommended him not to do so because it might have come out that it is a relict or a family jewel and is very important for the family and his mother would maybe want to keep it. If he keeps it in secret he may always say that he has nothing to do with the mysterious disappearing of the necklace... Definitely it was a bit immoral but paid off for my friend. He sold it as scrap gold and got a hundred dollars to spend on some good computer games.
