These websites also provide information on how much calories you should consume every day depending on the level of your activity. You should, of course, never eat less than necessary if you are training six or seven times a week. The key is eating the right number of categories, no more and no less. Of course, you should also remember to include fresh vegetables or fruit into your diet and drink at least two litres of water every day.
